The Employers and Manufacturers Association is proud to present the Workforce and Employment Issues workshop series. The series, which will be run for the first time this year, aims to help EMA members work through problems and concerns over managing their workforce. Whether you need to hire employees or lay them off, encourage a more dynamic workplace culture or clamp down on conflict, this series will have the information that you need. The workshops will be held in the evenings to give EMA members the best chance to attend. Individual workshops will be run by experienced professionals and expert presenters. Moreover, they will be very flexible and interactive in nature, allowing plenty of time for audience participation and discussion. Attendance at each event costs just $1o per head, or members can attend all four for a discount price of $30. Please note that tea, coffee and cookies will be served at each event.
