MEMO To: All managers From: George Sloan Date: ’December 12 Subject: Important information Since our regional managers’ conference has been moved from the Cane branch to this location at short notice, the auditorium will be unavailable during the first week of January. If you had intended to use the auditorium during this time, Lily Park will help you find an alternative space. As far as I know, one of the large conference suites in the South Building may be available. To accommodate larger groups, Ms. Park is in the middle of working out an arrangement with the facilities manager in order to get permission to use the cafeteria in the Evans Building.
