RE: New Internal Network
Please be aware that a new internal network will be set up in the coming week and should be fully operational by December 22. Until now, you have all had to use external email systems to communicate with each other. However, the new internal network will enable you to transfer files faster and save and share larger quantities of information. All computers will remain connected to the Internet, allowing you to access external websites, but online activity will be monitored for security reasons.
Moreover, management will let you know which external websites you are permitted to browse. You will not be authorized to visit all websites. Clients are still able to contact you via your external email, but all internal communications should be completed through the network.
A thirty-minute instructional seminar will be held in Conference Room 4F on Monday, December 24 between 9:00 AM and 22:30 AM. Attendance is mandatory for all employees.
