Everyone gets headaches. Some people get them very often. Other people are lucky — they only get them once in a while.
There are some ways to prevent headaches. They don’t work 100% of the time but they can reduce the number of the headaches you get.

Breathe out and turn your head to look over your right shoulder. Don’t bend your chin to your shoulder. Keep your chin level. Breathe as you turn your head back, looking straight ahead. Do the same thing over your left shoulder. Repeat two times on each side.
