I have a cell phone and have to pay about thirty dollars per month to use it. Thirty dollars per month is no small amount of money for a student.
To be honest, I don"t need to use a cell phone because I don"t have any urgent business, but all my family and friends have cell phones. More than fifty percent of the population in Korea has a cell phone. Think about that number; only children and very old people don"t have one.
