Braille(盲文) is a code of small, raised dots on paper that can be read by touch. Louis Braille(路易斯·布雷尔), a 15-year-old blind French student, developed a raised dot reading system in 1824. The idea came to him from the dot code punched on cardboard a French captain used to send messages to his soldiers at night.
