To whom it may concern,
I am writing to see if you are able to give me some information on how to ______ a microwave oven.
I have had model HW 100 for two years, and ______ last week, it worked fine.
I thought there was a problem with the power cord, so I changed it with a new one. ______, it does still not work. It is clear that the oven malfunctions due to the mechanical defect. As there is still one year remaining in the coverage period, I"d like to have my oven repaired free of charge.
There is no authorized service center for the HW 100 model in my area. Please let me know what I can do about it.
