American people does not always have a relaxing nap. David Dinges, an expert of sleep at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, says that the fact is there even exist some bans on that people who need sleep, People don’t want to be caught asleep or napping at work. Researches show that about 60 percent of American adults will take a nap if they are given the opportunity. Obviously, it is natural for us to nap. Sleeping fifteen minutes to two hours in the early afternoon can make us refreshed and reduce stress.
