A Manager"s Meeting was held on Friday, 18th of Jan. 2010 at 3:00p.m. at the meeting room of Beijing Office.

The chief Items at the Meeting:
·After the meeting was declared open, Mr. Robert"s report on the state of the company"s business was read by the secretary.
·The attendants discussed how to extend business in China.
·The Smith suggested technical experts go around offices to stimulate the interflow of technique & experience.
·Miss Sue proposed that two new branch offices be established in Tianjin and Jiangxi. The motion was seconded by Mr. David and carried unanimously.
·Mr. Edward presented his idea the cutting-down on lunch allowance which was opposed by
·Miss Sue and Mr. David. The chairman decided to discuss the problem later.
·The chairman made a brief explanation of the 2010"s plan of the Company. Each branch office was assigned a turn over about $8000000 for this year. The meeting closed at 5:00p.m.
