The word communication derives (起源) from the Latin word
Communicate, meaning "to share, to have in (11) . "We define
communication as the transfer of thought from one person to another, a process
that occurs all around us. We communicate verbally during about 70% of our
waking hours everyday--listening, speaking, reading and (12)
, in that order. Every time an individual communicates well or badly
determines how (13) he or she will be in realizing the
exchange of ideas. In fact, communication is a very (14)
matter, even among people from the same (15) who
speak the same language. The different results of communication depend on how
the receiver of the message sees, thinks and feels as much as on what the reader
