Dear Parents,
Hi! My name is Helen Grimsley, and I’m the ESL teacher for the 3^th-5^th grades at West Park Elementary. I am in Room 106 near the 4^th and 5^th grade wing. My student teacher’s name is Ms. Maria Parades. Beginner ESL classes for the 3^th-4^th grades will begin Wednesday, September 15. We are looking forward to working with your child/ children and supporting them as they learn English.
Please have your child bring school supplies such as pencils, erasers, notebook paper, and glue sticks, which can be kept in the ESL classroom. The West Park Open House is on Thursday, September 23^th from 6: 30—8: 00 pm. You will receive more information about Open House later. I would love for you to come and visit with me that evening.
