Darren, Shaun and Terrance are close friends. They formed a company, DST Pte Ltd, to produce computer games, five years ago. All three of them are shareholders and directors and play active roles in the day-to-day management of the company. Recently however, Terrance has become frustrated with what he sees as the growing lack of commitment on the part of Darren and Shaun.
