Describe the Type of Business Venture
When talks about entity business plan, the first thing coming into consideration is to describe the type of business venture. Everyday new businesses are created. There are (29) different types of businesses and many things that go along with creating (30) new business. In this paper a new business will be created. The goal of the business will be defined along with the strengths and weaknesses of (31) business organisations. This paper will describe (32) different business organisations operate in the global legal environment and it will identify the domestic and legal (33) that impact the different business structures. The business that is being (36) is Fitness First. This is a Pilates Studio Franchise where individuals can take classes or work out (37) their own. Fitness First provides fitness trainers to help their clients get in (38) in a fun and new way. The trainers are there to help and if the clients do not want a trainer then they can work out on their own. The trainers provide fun, (39) energy classes that give one an (40) to lifting weights.

As discussed at that meeting, the objectives of our review sessions will be to:
· Review and assess the overall effectiveness of the programme;
· Identify and document strengths and weaknesses of the programme;
· Propose customer-focused solutions to address areas of weakness;
· Develop an approach and action plan for Phase 2 of the project;
· Determine the staff members who will make up the Phase 2 Team.As agreed, meetings will be held every second Tuesday from 9.00 a.m. until noon, and the location will alternate between our two offices, the first one to be convened here at Inter-Office on August 14,2005. Fred Johnson of your CRM group is to act as the meeting coordinator and recording secretary throughout the process.As discussed, at the end of the process, Deborah Buxton of Consultek will draft the summary report for review by the steering committee.
