The long-anticipated Hong Kong Disneyland, the 11 th Disney-themed Park in the world and the first in China, successfully opened to the public on September 12, 2005 after six years of planning and construction. Disneyland is the world’s most famous themed amusement park and one of the most visited sites in the world. The park will feature four differently themed lands similar to those of other Disney parks: Main Street, USA; Adventure land; Fantasyland and Tomorrow land. It will also feature a daily parade and night fireworks. Hong Kong Disneyland will offer two types of tickets.
HK $295 per adult during the weekdays and HK $350 on weekends and holidays; children’s tickets (aged between 3 and 11) will be priced at HK $210 during weekdays and HK $250 on weekends and peak holidays; online booking or direct purchase at gate is available.
