Dear Mr. William Wilson, Thank you very much for accepting
my arrangement of an interview about your travel to China. I am
expecting your return from China and hope to see you the following week after
your return. I set 2 pm to 5 pm on Monday or Tuesday for your decision. I will
wait for you at the south entrance of the university library at 2 o’clock pm on
the date you will decide. The interview will be held at the editor’s office of
our University Journal. I would like to know why you went on
trip to China and I am interested in your general description of the tour and
the points of interest. I hope you will bring your own photographs of places you
visited or some other things that concern your trip to China. I plan to arrange
some photographs of the interview beside a magazine article. I think the
interview will bring our readers something very interesting. I
am looking forward to meeting you soon.
Yours
sincerely,
Alan Newton, editor
