The English Program for Foreign StudentsThe English Program for Foreign Students (EPFS), a program within the College of General Studies at the University of Pennsylvania, provides training in English, as well as in cultural and academic orientation, for speakers of other languages. The program is designed for students and professionals, who will need English in order to enroll in training programs, pursue academic courses of study, conduct research, or engage in cultural, business, or other professional activities.
