Helen,
I have drawn up the letter about Kelsey's that you asked for. I have attached it to this e-mail. Could you please give it a read and let me know if it is all set? I'm not sure that my dates and times in the second paragraph are 100 percent correct, so you might want to pay special attention to that section.
If you could give me your feedback by the end of today, that would be great. Paul is planning to take it to the copier's first thing tomorrow morning to have 3,000 copies madE.

During this period we will provide the same menu and friendly staff in the Cloister Lounge next to Wilcox's Corner Restaurant. The Cloister Lounge will be open for lunch and dinner throughout this perioD.
