SPE 414 SYLLABUS The goal of this course is to empower participants to work individually and as a member of a team to design, implement, evaluate and redesign instructional programmes for students. I. Objectives Participants will: — List and explain effective instructional organization and delivery strategies. — Relate (1) literature. — (2) "Unit Lesson Plans". — Diagnose and (3) students learning. — Analyze teaching. — Teach in the (4) and in class mini-teaching presentations. — (5) student learning.
