The Welch Tennis Courts strives to maintain the quality of the courts and the appearance of the grounds around the courts. These efforts by the Welch Tennis Courts and the resident’s compliance with these rules are intended to help make tennis more enjoyable. 1. Hours: Monday through Friday:9 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m.-11 p.m. 2. The tennis courts are exclusively available for Welch residents and their guests. 3. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian. 4. There is no deposit for keys issued, but there is a charge of $5.00 per key to replace lost keys. 5. Appropriate attire is required at all times. 6. Only soft-soled shoes must be worn on the courts. 7. Absolutely no food is allowed on the court area.
