Fifteen years ago Masco, a small family firm, suddenly grew fast. As it grew, the management realized that changes were needed. However, they still wanted to keep the advantages of a small family firm. Originally, all company stuff (36) to either the Production or the Administration department. In fact, it decreased, because several processes became quicker and easier when staff were given the power to make decisions them selves.
