A complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to CNCCCITC at the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of RMB 500 or US $65. The document will be sent by mail upon payment for mail of RMB 100 (Domestic) or US $50 (Abroad) .
Bids must be delivered to CNCCCITC office at or before 10: 00 a.m. (Beijing time) of January 17, 2006. The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10: 00 a. m, (Beijing time) on January 17, 2006.
