W: A family always needs more space! And of course you don't want her to worry Well, I think that this place is just perfect for a new family. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen and living room.
M: How about a garden? My wife has always imagined a place where she can grow flowers.
W: There is a lovely little back garden, with grass and flowers. Just enough for a small family.
M: That sounds wonderful! She will be ecstatiC.How much further is it?
W: Don't worry, It's not too far now. Only a 25 minute drive from our sales office and the traffic on these roads isn't too baD.On a good day you can get there in 15 minutes.
M: Well that is great. My workplace is close to your sales office, so it will be very convenient, no trouble getting to work everyday.
W: Oh, you work near to the office?
M: Yes, in the motor sales company in Million PlazA.Do you know it?
W: Yes, of course! My husband bought a car from you last year. He said that the before-and-after sales service was excellent.
